You don't. Most celebrities don't even look at their Twitter accounts. They have someone on their staff do it.

Be unique, don't tweet him something that he always see's! Make sure you stand out. The fact that he's only got 13k followers is less than other celebrities that have noticed me, the one's that have noticed me have over 1 million followers! I just be unique, so try doing that!
