How to disable timeline? - Eve Alena - 02-24-2014 10:15 PM

I created my facebook a number of years ago and today, I activated facebook timeline. I realized that I am not the only one who can see my timeline. There are sooo many stories that I do not want people to be reminded of and it says to click 'hide story'. BUT I have been a user for a while and I do not have the time or patience to hide each story. I have also looked through this how to that said to delete the app that enabled timeline, but it always tells me 'No apps'. Pleeeaaaseee help? My timeline is already published so i would like to disable it ASAP. Thanks

You can't disable it. Since everyone will eventually be converted to timeline on facebook

Although for the moment Facebook did not make a clear statement about the deployment of the upgrade in any of its official pages, and as a consequence there is a lot of false information going around, experienced users know that Facebook upgrades of this size are never optional.

Besides, there are clear evidences that indicate that there will be no way to go back to the old Profile. Take a look at the article in the source to see what those evidences are.
