No I have a Windows Phone 7. I love it. Instagram is only available on iPhone and Droid right now.

I don't think you can get instagram on your computer unless the pictures u want to post are on the computer, since I'm registered on instagram I think I remember on of the users saying they had created a website whith something to do whith instagram if you google this : instagram combrad11707, I think you could find the website
