You should be able to create a new one by going to:

https://facebook.com/lookback/

According to cnet News, "Look Back is meant to be a sentimental experience. It lets members on the Web or mobile either watch a personalized movie, view a collection of their top photos, or read a "thank you" card from the company, depending on how much content they have posted to the service. Those who get the movie will be able to edit the posts that are included in their little Facebook flicks."

Thus that's all you're (we're) getting!

I watched mine multiple times and never got a share button. I used the Facebook.com/share link and got it to work and then got the smart idea to edit the copy on the post and now it's gone. I can't watch it and just get the 6 photos -

Exact same thing here with me. I shared my video and deleted it by accident.
Now all I get is a few pictures Sad

Any ideas anyone?

Same thing is happening to me

Same here, something about how much content you've shared. I've been using Facecrap religiously for 6 years and have TONS on my page and I get the same result as you, a big fat "Thank You". Two of my friends, one had been on for less than a year and the other just at a year, and both of them have a video. So I cal bull on the content criteria! I seem to be the only one of my friends having this problem, I'm getting tired of seeing everyone else's movies when I can't get one! Sorry for your misfortune as well. Sad

I'm having the same problem. I think all need to use the Report a Problem on the upper right side of our Facebook page and hope they will provide us with a fix.

I can't make a Facebook "look back" video either. I tried following the below instructions below regarding about:cache, but no luck! Left messages with Facebook about the problem, but haven't received any replies. Anyone have any other suggestions about what to do?
