ok im just wondering about the Ads that are on facebook which we can find them on the right of the page! does it effect or make a problem to the account if we press on them or its normal??

The ads on the right are payed for by facebook and would never cause a virus. I have clicked on them several different times and nothing has ever happened to my account or computer. It also shouldn't be causing you to post things that you didn't write which happens to alot of people. If that's what happened to you then it's most likely because you allowed a faulty app. In this case delete all of your apps.
