Miley seems to be fully in control of herself. She is a smart young lady and she knows precisely what she is doing. Maybe when she gets older, she will tone it down and realize that she doesn't need to act like a hooker to get people to notice her talent. I don't think people can judge her, because they have never been in her shoes. I don't pray for her, because I don't see her as being someone with a problem that needs praying about.
