IPhone 4s Facebook notification center help!!!!? - Matt - 02-25-2014 12:37 AM
I have an iPhone 4s. My Facebook notifications never show up in the notification center. I have checked and i have all the right settings on. I have it on banners and everything. The number pops up at the corner of the Facebook app icon but not in the notification drop down. And the only time I get the counter to pop up is when I go into Facebook app and back out. How do I fix this so they pop up in my drop when I get them?

They won't, Facebook haven't added this correctly. Once the app is closed, there is NO way for it to update, it isn't allowed to open itself, so it only opens when YOU open it.
Check in settings, notifications, see if Facebook is properly configured. If it is, check the Facebook app and check settings, notifications, check to see if that's properly set up.
Other than that, it won't auto update as apple won't allow an app to 'open' itself or steal background memory.
