So I bought this bloody cool Window's phone (or rather my mum did) and I set it up and junk. Then, I realized all my friends had a facebook app and stuff. I was like "I want that shit" so I went to the market and pressed "install" and stuff. Then it brings me to a screen telling me I can't buy it :O WHAT THE HELL!

Well somehow you must have been blocked for buying it or something? If you can't use the official app their is still great Facebook support built into Windows Phone. If you go into the people hub you should be able to connect your Facebook to that.
