What's the best form advertising to drive more people to my website "www.bookerzmedia.com"?
Many people favor keyword, others think banner or direct advertising has visual appeal to people.
Which is the best? Which ever way, can you suggest some nice companies to me?

More correctly, you can choose between Text Ads and Banner ads, not all Text Ads employ Keywords, sponsored search Ads do consistently use keywords.
One must test the performance of ads to learn which are most effective for you. Either example you gave can work.
Your particular site may in particular benefit from Facebook paid ads, which by the way need an engaging graphic to draw the eye to the text portion of the ad.
