One of my friends told me about a Facebook profile tracker app you can get on your Iphone.. is that possible? or is there any sort of Facebook profile tracker to see who looks at your facebook?

No there isn't.. I thought there was at one point but it's all just a hoax.

Facebook doesn't allow people to track who views their profiles. Facebook applications, on the other hand, are unable to track anybody unless they have the consent of the viewer.
