I've been trying to upload a picture on my phone through the Facebook app. It has never worked and it says "cannot upload your photo at this time. Would you like to save it and upload it later?" but it never works. I've tried connector to wifi. I've tried different peoples wifi. And I've turned wifi off. Nothing. Help?

It isn't the wi-fi that's the problem. It's a good troubleshooting attempt, but it sounds more like the app itself. The Facebook app is known to be glitchy when it comes to uploading pictures sometimes. First make sure you're updated to the most recent version of the app. If you are, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app and if it still isn't working correctly, just upload it from a computer. Hopefully they can fix some of their glitches in the updates.
