I'm hopefully getting an IPhone 4s soon.If I use Facebook and Twitter a lot, and probably will use snapchat and instagram a lot. Which is the best SIM card to get in the UK?

If the phone is locked then whichever network it is locked to will dictate that.
If not, you'd have to compare the carriers available to you to see which best fits.
