How can I get instagram followers without paying or following 100's and 100's of others?
ig-fastboard.net and all blocked me cause I unfollowed someone that unfollowed me -__-
any other tips or websites?

Upload lots of pics and use lots of hashtags

Try following users ( 40 at a time ) during saturday and sunday. I gain 100s of followers by that. There are a few more steps to it but I can't tell you that part
You'll pick up on it as you get bigger and bigger.

Follow people slowly, but usually if you unfollow them they'll unfollow back...
