So I own a shoutout page on Instagram with 172k. And I want to start charging my followers for shoutouts. how exactly do I get money for this? Like a guarantee?
My followers arnt so active either
Any help with that would be nice

You won't get a dime for Shoutouts if your account isn't active. No one wants to pay for a shoutout that gets them no followers. You most likely bought your followers, else they would've been active. There's no way to charge for shoutouts and make sure they pay.
