I'm 13 I have a Facebook but that's it and I got that before I started being so shy. Now I don't do anything on there at all but see what other people post. I want Instagram but I wouldn't post anything and I'm too shy to start following people I feel like it's to late for me to just now be getting an Instagram and kik also.

It's not at all too late for Instagram and kik.
Don't share more than you feel comfortable with. Make sure you don't give out facts that could help a predator locate you.
