how can i set my facebook profile to privacy? so i just want people who are not my friends just to see my profile picture?

there are lots of different privacy options shown here

You can't restrict people from watching your profile picture, as far as I know. You can check it out by going your privacy settings. You can see various options (such as only me, friends, friends of friends, public etc.). Change your settings as you like. But there's no option for profile pictures.

There is an option for profile pictures..
I have mine set, as do many other people I know.

You have to change this in your album privacy settings.

You can change the settings for each album.

If you want everyone (public) to see the album, than click "everyone"..
If you only want your friends to see your album, or "friends of friends" than you can choose one of those options as well.

You can even make lists on fb and block certain people by name or set certain albums to a select few.

Hope this is making sense..?

Anyway.. You can manage your album settings.. Even your profile pictures.
