there's an individual on facebook that has stolen my pictures and has used them as their own on their profile, I have tried adding them as a friend but they just delete it, is there anyway I can view their profile with it being private? or is it totally impossible?

It's impossible... And soo why do you care that a random person has te same picture as u....unless its a picture of like you or your family...then report them

it's impossible - you cant view things that are private
just report the profile for identity theft and facebook will delete it

Make a complaint to facebook. report the profile, stating the reasons
