How Can I Increase the Attendance at my Top Actor Events in Los Angeles!? - creativeandcurious - 10-15-2012 07:42 PM
I invite top casting directors, talent agents, and managers to my actor events in Los Angeles. I have recently hit a big wall in terms of attracting actors. Only a handful of actors are responding whereas I used to get more. The events cost $40 each-- the going rate for similar events by other companies in Los Angeles.
Twitter, Facebook, MySpace, and Craigslist aren't helping to increase the actor attendance at my events. I have tried to recruit promoters in exchange for free attendance at my events, but that didn't work.
Does anyone have any marketing suggestions? Any suggests at all?

try putting an ad in one of the acting trade magazines like VARIETY.
it has everything to do with show biz. in it.
