I created this facebook page https://www.facebook.com/?ref=tn_tnmn#!/SaveFarmAnimals and only a few people like it i made it to raise awareness for abused farm animals but im not sure how to make my page stand out so people notice it

you have to update your facebook page daily with relevant topics.

It may be a worthy cause, but people don't seek out Facebook pages about abused animals. I don't even want to go to the page for fear of what photos that may be on it. It will be difficult for your to gain "likes" because of the subject matter.
