I've seen lots of things on the internet about no second season of Angel Beats but I was on Facebook just now and I heard something like " I wish this would happen in the second season" and it was from one of the anime pages I liked. Also the first season ended weird with leaving the main character ( I forget his name) alone and everyone else leaving him behind.

No, there are no plans for a second season. The anime pretty much covered the basic story that Jun Maeda wanted to tell from beginning to end, though he said that 13 episodes wasn't enough to cover the whole storyline (and so they're told through manga or illustrated novels).
And if you had watched past the ending credits of the last episode, you would have seen that Otonashi does eventually pass on.

It doesn't seem likely. The story is over, there isn't really any way to continue it.
