I'm sure it is a scam.
Those pictures of 'actual payments' are just the scammers sending each other fake checks and taking pictures of them and posting them on facebook, trying to lure victims into their trap.

The 'instant reward' goes to the scammer(s) as he/they collect your money as a 'start-up fee'. This scam has been seen thousands of times on the internet (even with similar names).
