Every time I add a photo to instagram, when I go to my pictures on my phone it makes an instagram album and I don't know how to make it not do that.... I have an iPhone

I'd recommend you to not use Instagram at all because Facebook will take over Instagram soon and they will have complete control over your photos and they will be able to use them on anything without your permission!
