Text- A lot!
Use apps like Facebook and YouTube etc.
Game a little bit
Snapchat
Internet browser
Bit of calling
Also I'm 13 years old so would it be a good phone for my age?

nope that phone is not best you should either get galaxy s3 or HTC One or buy a Nexus 5 but dont buy S4 mini is really not that great

The Samsung Galaxy S4 mini is a good phone, but I would recommend the iPhone 5C because it is simpler to use and a lot more durable.
