I put an ad out for my business on facebook and somehow it ended up on pandora ads anyone know how that happened

Pandora and Facebook signed an ad partnership sometime around April of last year. Yelp and Docs.com are also partners.
One of the easiest ways to avoid appearing on those sites is to use the demographic targeting in Facebook. If you go after people with an interest in Spear Fishing (for example), I don't think Facebook is going to run your ad on Pandora. Well, maybe along with Hootie and the Blowfish,..
