Yeah for example you get like 800 retweets and favourites and I think you dont care anymore.

I haven't had a twitter account in ages, but I cared. Of course it was only me and a few friends who had accounts back then. Twitter wasn't popular in my country yet

Yes. If you're popular on Twitter and getting favorite tweets and retweets every second of the day then you don't care anymore.
