i got a ps vita a couple of months back and its kinda boring cos its games are expensive and hard to find , i need to know what i could do to max my vita experience,

You can get PSP and PSOne games via the PSN store, as well as movies and a few apps.
That's the extent of what you can do with the Vita. It's mostly just for playing games with some minor social stuff like Facebook.

To max your vita, I suggest that you invest in playstation plus. It is fairly cheap and even if you get it for a month it will help you. It gives free games away, such as uncharted golden abyss at the moment. On top of that it gives great discounts on the more expensive products.
Also there are a few not technically legal ways to get games, but I would not recommend them as the process is quite complicated.
