I hooked my PS4 to my facebook and when I sign into the ps4 you see my full name and my facebook pic but when im on twitch and stuff it uses my gamertag, what picture comes up for people to see on those sites as well as when playing people online if they decide to click on my profile, What is the point of having your ps4 have your fb pic there if no one can see it?
I need this explained in detail I am so confused.

The playsation system only shows you and the users on your console (your personal console, not all ps4). For everyone else it will show your avatar and gamer tag.

The first responder is correct, however there is a means to allow your name and Facebook picture to be displayed to others.
In order for others to see your real name and Facebook picture, you need to send out name requests and have your friends accept them.
