I have a Harry Potter page on facebook, and we do promo's with other pages but our nsights have gone right down and we just want more likes so we can have more activity..

please do not do this photo thing pages are doing with sick people and that on trying to gain likes, NO NO NO NO!
make a harry potter twitter page? follow lots of harry fans.. let them know about the page, youtube videos are a good idea
any active website is a good free way to advertise, try http://www.myyearbook.com so many people on it who will click and like anything and you can get in the spotlight with your link meaning lots of people see it for a long time
