What is the point of this
Why don't they make it so that people who want to use it can choose that option and people who want to keep their old current profile layout the way it is
Do you think this will be the eventual down fall of Facebook just like MySpace Evetually died out

they want their website to be able to be used on all cellphones and tablets and computers - websites always change with technology, and if they had two different formats for facebook, they would have to spend more money supporting both formats

They thing the timeline is a better look, but clearly its not. If the whole population of people on facebook hate this, the founder will eventually find out and take it down or change it.
