You cant the only way is to delete your facebook and this is the truth. If you want to be the only one to see it then why have a facebook, its pretty useless.

go to account, then privacy settings. it should be there. i didnt read the new privacy settings, btw. thats why.

You can't block your friends from being seen by other people.
