Hi. I have put an advert in facebook (sponsored ad). However, I rarely see it. I am in the target range (age, country). Should I increase the BID to make it more regular. the suggested BID is 0.04 - 0.08 USD. If I set 0.30 USD Per click (for example) , will it help and serve my purpose. Please give me your kind feedback. Thank you

This could be the technical issue... Report it to the service to get things fixed....
