I got "followed" by a few girls that I don't know (and I find very attractive) on Instagram, but I don't know them. Would it be sketch to give them a follow back?

Why not? Some hot chick added my on Facebook a while back, talked to her a bit, got her number, turns out she was crazy. Best of luck!
