So I'm on instagram and I'm wondering about something if I follow somebody and they don't follow me back will they still see my pictures on their home?

No. They have to be following you.

The only way someone would see your pictures was if they looked up a hashtag you used and came across it (unless your account is on private) or if they follow you it will come up on their home, otherwise they wouldnt really be seeing your pictures. Just because you follow them and see their stuff doesnt mean they see yours.

If your following them you'll see them on your news feed . Only when they follow you will your photos appear on their news feed

No but if your profile is not private they can still look you up and see your pictures
