Ex wife commented "dislike" on facebook comment, haven't seen her for 10 years? Why? - Jackson - 03-03-2014 09:23 PM

My brother was married for 4 years, and has been divorced for 12. He hasn't had contact with the ex for almost 10 years (no kids) and now lives overseas. They have both remarried. Last week an old friend added him on facebook, and he posted on his wall, just saying Hi, the ex, who is also friends with the mutual friend, commented "dislike".

Why would a woman do this, when they have had nothing to do with each other for years?

Do you think she is just immature, or is it likely she is still hurting?
BTW, they are not facebook friends. They just have some mutual friend.

Why would you care... it didn't happen to you.

Why would he care, it's Faceplant.

I think she is both immature and still hurting. She had nothing to gain from doing it except to express her displeasure and to antagonize him.

That is unfortunately the usual kind of drama that comes with Facebook.

Maybe she is friends with that person also and wants him not to be connected to people she knows. Women and men both have a fear the one they love or loved will hook up with someone they know. Also, why are they still Facebook friends? I surly don't want to see what other girls post on any of my exes wall!

Just giving him the heads up that she still exists i guess?

My step mother did something similar. I ignored it.
