can you get instagram without a apple iphone, i've just been given a toshiba laptop is there an app that i can download to let me have it,,, or no apple no bite?? please help

Instagram app is currently available on iPhone, Android and Windows Phones.
No app for Laptops. If you already have an account you can log in at http://instagram.com/
Or you could always get a cheap Windows Phone/ Android Phone(If you're really into Instagram) but it would be stupid, if you ask me, to get a phone for an app!!

Instagram not for apple product only, but you can use instagram on android, windows and windows phone also. If you are using laptop you can using it on browser, but If you using windows 8 or 8.1 OS, it's more easy because you can download app on store also.
