You know how you take a picture and you want to put it on instagram but you want to show the whole picture but it only shows a square? I want it to show the picture but be a square so it can have a white background around the extra space and fit the instagram square... Right now i use an app called #nocrop and it automatically does it for you but after saving the picture it comes out a little blurry.. Is there another free app for iphones and ipods that does this without making the picture blurry?? PLEASE HELP! Thank youuu!!

InstaSize looks nice and seems to have good reviews. As does Squaready. The link below has a tutorial for using Squaready to make your photos have the white border so you can make it a square on Instagram without cropping the actual picture.
