if i change my fb profile to a timeline? - Mia Mia - 03-04-2014 01:13 PM

can i change it back to the old profile layout i had before or not? i'm thinking about choosing the fb timelime ... who ever has it do you like it better?

it's gonna be mandatory in a couple of days, so it's kinda moot that you can't change it back if you dont like it (I dont think you could have anyways)

if its any comfort, i like the timeline better Smile

Once you start using timeline it's not possible to get back the old format of the profile. So think again before switching to timeline. It's better to think before than regretting later.

its not possible, facebook will be making it compulsory soon so you will have to live with it

When you change your profile to Timeline, FB will give you a trial period. The Timeline is only visible to you and your friends only view it as the old profile.
It will give you a trial of a few days. If you liked it, then you can use it. If during the trial period you find it's hard to use, then you can cancel it.

I guess so because I used timeline. Sorry if I mistaken.

there is no way to remove it - everyone is being converted to the timeline - it's the new look for facebook

this guide will help you learn how to use it

Although for the moment Facebook did not make a clear statement in any of its official pages about how the upgrade would be deployed, and as a consequence there is a lot of false information going around, experienced users know that Facebook upgrades of this size have never been optional.

Besides, there are clear evidences that indicate that there will be no way to go back to the old Profile. Take a look at the article in the source to see what those evidences are.
