So I have photos that iv taken on my iPhone is it possible to get them printed at officeoworks if I put them on a USB? Oh and can u print pictures that have been altered through instagram at officeoworks? Just wondering because I want to print photos off for my frame thanxs

If you have a jpg on a USB stick, you can get it printed.
However, don't expect miracles from a phone quality wise.

Yes.. You can.. When you will connect your iphone via data cable just copy all you pictures in usb and print them ..

Yes and the Iphone 4 has a great camera, the older ones not so hot.

The iphone 4 has a 5 megapixel camera. 2592 x 1936 pixels, which means theoretically you could get prints at 8.64" x 6.45" at 300dpi.
You could get them printed, but the camera has such poor quality optics, a tiny sensor, and a fixed focus lens, so it will probably still look a bit crap.
You'd be much better using a cheap point and shoot - I have found phones are best used for making phone calls.
