You don't need to, actually. It's automatic. Here's how it works. Say you are friends with Bob, Elmo, and Bill. You, Bob, and Elmo went to school together, so you are all friends on Facebook - you with Bob, you with Elmo, and Elmo with Bob. So when you go to Elmo's profile for instance, it will automatically list Bob (and any other friends that you and Elmo share) in the mutual friends box that shows up on Elmo's page. I hope that answers your question.

its automatic... when people see your profile then your profile will show to them which friends you have in common with the person checking you. you of course wont see it in your profile because, well, you wont be compared with anyone else. when you go to s friends profile, it will show you the mutual friends thing, right? they will see the exat same thing when they visit your profile...
