I pay for MLS Service in my area. I also have a page for my business on Facebook. My website is updated automatically with my listings I put on the MLS. Can I put this on Facebook somehow?

Check out http://www.agentshowroom.com. If you syndicate your listings through Point2Agent the Agent Showroom Facebook app will display your listings on your Facebook page and update automatically.
Not sure if you or your MLS is partnered with Point2Agent? Most listings are supported. Go ahead and install the app and see if it can find your listings.
