I want to get more followers on Twitter. I have been looking it up and all of these websites you sign up and buy followers. But I want people who will retweet what I have to say about music....what to do!

NO. Either your popular or your not those followers you "buy" are lames. I follow 197 ppl and i have 547 followers im not that popular but i do get RT and everything if you just RT and RT its gonna make u look desperate. @douchebagdiana!

In order to get a lot of followers you have to promote your band properly. after that you will surely get a lot of followers.
