So I want a separate identity just for my comments. I just don't know how to assure that & how to start commenting on the youtube videos. Thank you

You can change this under your youtube account. Go to the upper right corner and choose settings from the drop down menu. Choose advanced.

Yes, I had to start using my real name on youtube so I just stopped making comments but I guess all your past comments are now exposed. Oh dear. I thought it had something to do with Twitter. Answers might be next.

I think you have to be friends with them or subscribed to them to make comments'
