She is in one of my classes and I sit next to her, but I don't really talk to her since she is very shy. I found her Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram page. However, I found her Facebook page 4 months ago, and we have been Facebook friends since then. Sometimes she likes my post that I know for sure that she is into (political quotes as an example). Then today I found her Instagram and Twitter page, and I sent both request to follow her. She said yes to Instagram and also followed me, but not Twitter..?.?? Is it because her Twitter page is too personal, or she doesn't find it interesting to allow me to follow her? I also don't use Twitter that much, and I don't have a profile picture on my page. I also never tweeted once before. The only thing visible on page is followers, following, my profile name, and my real name. Any suggestions or thoughts?
She knew my whole name. It should appear on her notifications when I sent her a request. I don't think she had to see my profile picture to know if its me or not.

Maybe you should start with a profile pic first, doesn't even have to be recognisable. It's just that most people who have an egg picture (standard) are advertisers and sometime people look over the name and stuff. And maybe your profile name looked like something totally unrelating or something. So just change your picture and possibly your name (you can always change it back) to make sure she know it's you at a glance. Maybe it's to personal, but that's not likely.

Only she can really answer your question, but I don't know why this is so important to you. She accepted your friend request on Facebook and Instagram, so what's the big deal that she won't let you follow her on Twitter?
Have you even thought that maybe SHE doesn't use Twitter much and hasn't seen your request?
It's possible that she only uses Twitter to contact good friends and family.

if you Dont Have a Profile Picture its Possible She May Not Recognize your Twitter Profile And may Not Know That its you That may Be Why She Did Not Accept it

You know what "they" say about the shy ones.... maybe she's a real hottie on Twitter but she doesn't want you to know this.
