Of Course! Facebook provides a video uploading service which lets you customise it so only people you want it to be seen by can see it. You do not need a Google/YouTube account at all. However, Facebook Videos take a long time to upload depending on the length, where YouTube could be more efficient and time saving if you are in a hurry. Then you can just post the link to your Timeline (or wall). Facebook's built in video service also takes a while to buffer, no matter what your connection to the Internet is like. No, you do not use the HTML code to post videos, and if you don't want to use either, use Facebook's application called Viddy.

as far as i know there is a limit in uploading video in fb! maximum of 20 minutes. so if its more than that upload it 1st in youtube then use its url to use it in fb.
