"Our automated system will not approve the name "band name here" because it contains a word or phrase that is blocked to prevent the creation of unofficial or otherwise prohibited Pages. If you believe this is an error, please contact our Customer Support team." so i follow the link and fill out another form with my info and explanation and then i never hear back.. what do i do?? getting frustrated! they wont respond.. my band name has no profanity..

Is your band name similar to a mainstream band on the market now? Sometimes, Facebook will block certain names for band profiles in order to decrease the chance of duplicate un-official major music profiles.
Try to use a phrase that your fans may be very familiar with. There are many great workarounds to this issue and still be able to be very successful on Facebook. Below is an article, under the sources for Facebook Marketing Tactics. Its a good read.
Also, make sure that you utilize iLike.com widgets for Facebook.
