I want to know,how could i enable "seen by" option in my group page?

It is automatically enabled!!
As per my group it got enable by itself..!!
Just post anything on your group, it'll add a 'Seen by' option right bottom in you post

if your group was created a long time ago, you cant enable it
if your group is new, it's automatically there
