I use the app so how can I post videos to Facebook useing the app from YouTube to Facebook

If you have an iPhone I can help.
iPhone:
1.) Open app.
2.) Click News Feed
3.) Click Photo
4.) Select "Take Photo or Video" or "Choose from Library"
5.) Type a title and description for the video
6.) Click Upload
