I know it's bad quality & angle but I saw it on Instagram & it's really gorgeous! Any ideas? I wanted to have something like this for prom.

While you won't find this exact dress, try Sherrihill.com. Her dresses are very cute and she has some similar to this style. I'm not sure of your budget though.
