Both are best at their place because both have unique features and quite funky. We are agree that twitter has less functionality than facebook but again its fastest growing network and more powerfull in marketin wise.

Twitter, since it's simpler and you can keep things more personal. But if you just want to be able to do more things, Facebook. Personally I like Twitter better.
