I have tried linking Twitter to facebook multiple times but it always comes up with the same error message, that says that facebook seems to be having a problem at that moment. So is there any way to put the Twitter Widget on the Page(not my regular/main facebook)?

You can add twitter tab into your facebook page instead of widgets. It is easily get installed and work too within short panel of time. You can browse twitter tab for facebook page there are so many apps are providing this services for free on facebook.
